Airport District

The Quonset Airport (and Providence Jet Center), managed by Rhode Island Airport Corporation and operated by AvPorts, is a military, general aviation, and corporate facility with an 7,500 foot runway, a staffed control tower, and an Instrument Landing System. Perfect for your company’s aircraft and bringing in VIP’s.

Commerce Park

The Commerce Park District is home to the world headquarters of Ocean State Job Lot and many other medium and small businesses. This district also offers large clear, flat parcels with sewer capacity and freight rail service, as well as some smaller parcels with golf course views and a unique hilltop site overlooking the airfield and Narragansett Bay. Permitted uses include general manufacturing, warehousing and wholesaling, research and development facilities, and office.

Davisville Waterfront

The Port of Davisville offers a -32 foot approach channel, 4,500 linear feet of berthing space on two piers, on-dock rail, a 150 MT mobile harbor crane, and 58-acres of laydown area. Davisville is in the top ten ports in North America for the import of finished automobiles. We are Rhode Island’s only public port. Take advantage our bonded customs yard and Foreign Trade Zone to import and export your containerized freight and project cargo. Large upland sites are available for cargo storage and staging. Bonus: three marinas in Allen’s Harbor and Spink’s Neck Beach.


This mixed-use center along the Route 1 commercial corridor includes the Marriott TownePlace Suites, Kohl’s Department Store, Dave’s Market, Gateway Offices, Sunshine Daycare, Wide World of Indoor Sports, and other small retail spaces. Kiefer Park

This District is the gem of the Quonset Business Park and is home to many world class, high tech, light industrial and companies. Walk to Blue Beach on your lunch break. Office space available with stunning views of Narragansett Bay!

North Davisville

Offers several development sites ranging from 1.4 to 12.5 acres for light industrial uses. Bonus: several of the parcels back up to a 4 mile bike path!
